Thermal receipt paper is specialty paper coated with heat-sensitive chemicals that produce instant prints when heated by the print head. It requires only one type of consumable, unlike carbon/ink ribbon, inkjet, or laser printing methods, making it easy to operate with the lowest overall cost. It also offers high-speed printing for maximum efficiency. Nanwang New Materials provides safe and healthy thermal products free of bisphenol A.
Labels consist of face material, adhesive, and backing paper.
The face material carries product information. The adhesive, applied to the back of the face material, includes hot melt, water-based, removable, and low-temperature options, which can be freely selected based on applications. The backing paper is a release material. Glassine backing paper coated with silicone oil is widely used, and there are also backing papers processed from films such as PET, primarily serving to carry the face material and adhesive. Different application methods impose varying requirements on the face material, adhesive, and backing paper, all of which can be customized as needed.
We serve multiple Fortune 500 companies, with clients across numerous countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and more.
