The Three Appreciations Meeting was introduced by Chairman Chen Kaisheng in 2012 and is conducted in the form of symposiums. Through three major themes – appreciating oneself, appreciating colleagues, and appreciating the company – the meeting is conducted in diverse activity formats, aiming to touch participants’ hearts and elevate their emotions in every session.
More than 40 sessions are held annually, with a total of 1,500 participants

To further encourage and enrich the work and life of Nanwang employees, enhance their physical fitness, and help Nanwang people find joy in sports, cultivate tacit understanding in happiness, and experience team spirit through tacit understanding. Nanwang organized a fun sports meeting, allowing passion and sunshine to embrace fully.
Children are the future hope of our nation. From an early age, they witness their parents and elders’ dedication to environmental protection, which plants a seed of Earth guardianship in their hearts. Every year, Nanwang organizes children’s painting activities, during which they depict their green vision for their country and the Earth’s home on paper bags and sheets of paper.
We designate November 3rd every year as Nanwang Environmental Protection Day, a holiday specifically established for environmental protection. It aims to raise public awareness of existing environmental issues, mobilize partners and the public to participate in environmental protection campaigns, convey green environmental concepts through practical actions, and improve the overall environment through green and low-carbon lifestyles.
To thoroughly study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourses and directives on women's work, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further strengthen the construction of women's organizations within enterprises, better leverage their role in guiding and serving female employees, and contribute to the improvement of enterprise development quality and efficiency, the inaugural meeting and first Women's Congress of the Fujian Nanwang Environment Protection Scien-Tech Co.,Ltd. Women's Federation were successfully held on December 18, 2024.Every woman is a historian of her era and a striving dreamer. Every step forward in history is inseparable from the power of women. The Executive Committee of the Women's Federation will uphold its original aspiration, keep its mission firmly in mind, play a vital role as an enterprise women's organization, and lead all female colleagues in the company to actively contribute the wisdom and strength of "half the sky" to promote enterprise development.
To enrich employees’ work-life balance and enhance the festive atmosphere, so that every female employee can spend a pleasant and meaningful holiday, Nanwang meticulously plans special “Goddess Festival” activities every year on March 8th.
